Juche? I got yer juche!

SEOUL, South Korea -- It could be called electro-diplomacy -- an offer by South Korea to double North Korea's electricity supply if it gives up its nuclear weapons program. The United States likes the idea, but analysts here are warning that North Korea may be leery of having to depend on its neighbor's power. It would run counter to North Korea's national ideology of juche, or self-reliance, promulgated by Kim Il Sung, the founder of the communist state and father of its current leader Kim Jong Il.
